The Control Centre is the place that allows you to navigate to all parts of the application. Depending on whether you have a terminal or host application your control panel will look slightly different to reflect the functionality of the application type.
Most buttons open a list that has other controls on it to modify or add records to your database.

The floating palette provides easy access to a number of the commonly used areas of the program (all of which can be accessed via the Control Panel as well). Importantly it also contains the Default Doctor field. If a doctor's name is selected in here then any new procedure, receipt, calendar event ect will be allocated to that doctor. If no doctor is set here then you will be prompted each time you create one of these to see which doctor you want it allocated to.
The Host Application palatte contains an enterable field for the default doctor used in data entry. For example, when entering a new procedure, it must be assigned to a specific doctor. This is enforced so that when the Terminal Application synchronises with the host application, this procedure will sent to the correct doctor and no one else.
